How it Works

Step 1: Book the Time

Select a package that’s best for you, then pick a date and time when you want to come in! You can book your session online here or call us at (561) 284-6362 .

Step 2: Arrive

Make sure you have on closed toed shoes. (No sandals, or flip flops). Please have on a long-sleeve shirt or jacket and long pants (No shorts). Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. Upon arrival we will review the package that you selected, you will then fill out our mandatory waiver and finally you’ll suit up.

Step 3: Smash it, throw it, break it, whatever your choice

After a few rules, you’ll be ready to break some stuff. You will get anywhere from 5 minutes on depending on your choice, with the items and the tools to do your best SMASH, BREAK, GRAB, and THROW.
